Game booster wont start SWTOR

:???: i use game booster to play games but with swtor it only starts the login screen and goes back to normal mode and doesnt start the game it works fine without game booster started but it is slow :???:

Hi percyjones! Welcome to Iobit forum.

 

Because of the way SWTOR is configured, the login screen seems to be a separate process than the game itself. So once you login, that process closes and fools Gamebooster into thinking SWTOW is stopped... then GB reverts your system and shuts off before the actual game begins. You have to initiate gamebooster manually, then start SWTOW outside of GB. You can't drop the SWTOW Icon into GB and start that way.

 

Then when you stop SWTOR, you then have to cut gamegooster off manually.

I suggest that you don't add swtor to game boosters game box.

I don't use the gamebox at all since it kills some monitoring processes etc. for me.

Just use the Boost button and fire up swtor's launcher, that way you wont get cutoff TS, Vent etc. either.

 

In my opinion game box mode should be thrown out of GB
