Suggestion: Add "Bad Clusters" Color to SmartDefrag

People who are having problems with their drives might appreciate a visual representation of what's happening. Smart Defrag already displays a variety of colorful indicators to show the status of disk clusters. As elaborated in links cited in another post, a color for "bad clusters" could be particularly helpful -- and, needless to say, would likely encourage more people to use the program.

Hi raywood

What are "bad clusters" in a defragmentation terminology??

If you mean fragments it is already shown - and none of those are really "bad", it is just fragments. The opening and closing of a single file or function will in many cases probably leave some fragments. And the placement of the files can also be changed - for example if you open one of two files that are used precisely the same number of times it may make one of them be opened a bit more often than the other and the sequence they have in the placement may change places. This doesn't make them "bad" though.

Cheers

p.s. leaving unrelated links is a banning offense.
