Defrag and Fully optimize

Why after doing the above, some items are still fragmented, thus I sometimes have to run the program 2 or 3 times until completely defragged. Same with Perfect Disk.

But basicly you cannot open/use your computer without some files getting fragmented.

The method to get it optimally defragmented is to use the boot time defrag.

Do not defrag incessantly!

In my opinion fragmentation below 3% doesn't matter - the human senses wont be able to detect it - I think the possible slowdown from fragmentation will become noticeable for our senses at perhaps more than 25-30% fragmentation or more.
