Website Screwed Up

Hey, I've been a paid subscriber for years, and sold a ton of this product for IoBit. Tonight a friend asked me to buy it for him, and the "Valentines" bundle offers free protection for an additional 2 pc's, along with some e-book, both at no charge. But when I went to check out, it kept charging me $14.97 for the 2 extra pc's. Tried the phone support, what a joke that was, "email us, it may take us 48-hours to get back to you. Pitiful for a company with such a fine product. Can someone ring the right bell to get this fixed??

I just went to the site and went through the procedure and got the correct price.

 

Maybe you placed an order for 3 instead of 1 (1 bundle contains 3)
