The free version has most features fully enabled. The Pro version adds a few more features, allows for automated settings and entitles the user to online support.

I don't know what you mean by this

 

3. Remove uneeded outlook files

I don't use Outlook so I won't comment on this

"Optimization status" is already included. Advanced SystemCare is not an anti-virus

Hi wozofoz ,

By program rating he meant that Asc should have so called "Users rating" for each program installed on your computer like in Tune Up Utilities 2012 .8-)
