cloud analysis dies

When I click on the "Upload File to Cloud" button and point to a file name for the report never comes. It sticks at "Analyse, 25% Timeout". I also often get an IWsIMF.exe application error when I exit windows which may be the same problem.

Hi xerographist,

 

"IWsIMF.exe application error when exiting windows" glitch is XP specific and has been discussed in the forum. IObit is aware of it, we are expecting it to be solved in next release.

 

I don't think time out at 25% analysis is related to the above glitch, as it happens to other users sometimes including myself also.

Hi xerographist

I noticed you had the old program IS360 installed, this is a rather old program and not supported anymore.

Also you had what looked like 7 cleaning programs installed - generally I do not think that having many cleaning programs makes the cleaning safer or better.

I think the Public Profile of xerographist is old and not updated.

 

Since he has IWsIMF.exe (problem), he must be using IMF.

As far as I remember, IMF automatically uninstalls IS360.
