Subscription Problem

On 6/3/2011 I purchased Advanced SystemCare v.4.0.1 PRO to expire 5/18/13.

 

Recently I had to reload software so installed Free then went to register my License Code for Pro and got the message that it's been used on too many computers and I needed to buy another code.

 

As far as I know, this is the only computer I've used Pro on, but I have used it on here several times. I didn't know there was a limit. I thought I still had a year to go.

 

I like the product but I'm not happy about this. If this can't be fixed I will cancel my subscription and request a full refund.

Are you sure the license expiry date is correct? The license is usually for one year.
