Hi, Jessy here. Never been here before but I need help. Two days ago my laptop was running perfectly, now nothing is working. I had to get here on Safe Mode and am not a computer geek. I am enclosing the Diagnostic report. I have no idea what it means. Could someone look at it and tell me what has happened to my Dell Studio? Thank you so much.:?::-?

Hi Jessy

It looks like you have run the program without configuring the settings or perhaps with Turbo Boost running.

You could try the Restore center and try to restore your latest scans.

You could also try to open services.msc (written in Run) and check if your services have all necessary services started. Recommandations can be found on the "Black Viper" site I recommend you to follow the Windows version of recommandation.

Perhaps a Windows System restore can also fix your issue if you choose a date prior to the experienced trouble, this is perhaps the easiest if it works.

Perhaps you can also when you starrt the computer by repeatedly hitting F8 during start up you can choose to start the computer by utilizing the start type: Use the latest working configuration.

Remember afterwards to not to Use Turbo Boost and to go through your settings and choose those you want.

Please run the program without automatic implemented and check the found "problems" in each section prior to fixing them, do that a couple of times before running it automatically.

Those "problems" that you wish to keep you right click on and choose ignore, they will then be placed in the Ignore list and not come up anymore.

Cheers

solbjerg
