Laptop disaster after runing deep

Hello,

 

Please help! I don't know what to do

 

I have an old Dell Inspiron 1400 with Windows XP

 

I installed ASC 5.3 and run deep care and reboot my laptop

 

After restart I lost internet connection and also skype didn't work. I received error messages.

 

I decided to use rescue and "undo changes" and restarted again.

 

Now my computer gives me a "user Environment" error message . My internet connection is still not working and the desktop is missing most of the icons.

 

What can I do?. I'm not a tech savvy and afraid I will not be able to use

are you able to use windows system restore? [disable any security software before running system restore]
