USB Drive Issues

I have been using IObit and have a registered copy.

 

I am trying the latest ver with Anti Virus however it seems I am having problems when attaching a USB thumb drive.

 

It seems to hang and occasionally I get the popup asking to safely open or something but it doesnt work a good portion of the time causing me issues accessing my thumb drive.

 

Anyone else experiencing this or have any suggestions?

Do you have any other security programs?

 

 

Please download the test tool from http://wikisend.com/download/108040/GetInfo.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click Save report to Desktop. Send us this report IObit_Debug_Info.txt so that we can get the detailed information to look into.
