Problems watching live streams HELP!

I need help with twitch.tv i cant seem to watch live streams even on 240p i have 150mb dled speed connected thru ethernet, water cooled over clocked etc but i can watch youtube videos on 1080p no worries but when i goto twitch i cant watch

live streams pissing me off so much!!! ive tryed all browsers, reinstalling flash players etc and ive come to a dead end. But the funny thing is i can watch twitch on my phone thru wifi and on my missis laptop on 1080p so i need some help plz if anyone could id be more then grateful. i believe this seems to be an antivirus issue....???

Please tell us the exact actions you took with Advanced SystemCare with Antivirus 2013 before you get this error, like the scans you performed and the tools you used.
