I still have Questions, about the new Format it uses, as to compatibility with various software programs? :?:

Some of the speed improvements are from the new format sector size,

but I'm wondering if programs like IObit's Smart-defrag are going to operate with these drives? :?:

Yes, they are really 'Looking Good' so far. :grin:

The VelociRaptor WD5000HHTZ 500.GB is getting down close to $150. now,

so I may have to get one as a 'Present to my Wife'. ;-) :-D

(500.GB is good size for a Boot drive)
