gameguard issue

I play Rappelz which uses gameguard as its hacking prevention system. I also have used gamebooster for a long time with games that do not require such programs without any problems. Rappelz plays fine on my system with everything loaded. But when i go to boost the game i am constantly getting 114 errors. I have tried every suggestion i could possibly find, but i have not found one other post on the internet that has this exact issue. I feel like im checking something to be turned off when i boost the game that is causing this problem. but thats just a guess. Gameguard has a few suggestions for the 114 error and none work for me. Like i said the game plays fine with all my stuff loaded, but once boosted it will get 114 errors. :-?

We need more information to look into this issue.

 

1. Does the problem appear if you play Rappelz without Game Booster?

 

2. What version of GB do you have, GB3.4 or some other version?

 

3. Would you please kindly make a screenshot of the error you got so that we can check it clearly?

1. The problem does not appear. Gameguard runs without gamebooster.

 

2. 3.4 at the moment, also had 3.5 and beta testing razers version before i went back to 3.4. I only went back because i was trying to figure this out on my own.

Would you please make some screenshots of GB3 Configure screen when the problem appears and then send them to us for further check?

 

Here are the instructions:

1. Run Rappelz

2. Click Configure button at the bottom left of GameBox screen of GB3.

3. Click Maximize icon on the top right of the screen.

4. Click "Processes" to show the whole list under it and then make a screenshot of the list.

5. Use the same way to make screenshots of "Unnecessary Services" screen, "Non-Windows Services" screen and "Others" screen separately.

Besides, please let us know more details about gameguard, such as the version and download link.

here they are.

 

to be honest im not entirely sure on the gameguard version. It comes with the game so you dont download it by itself.

Gameguard shows as .DES files, which wont tell me any version in the details or even show up as an application. Also when running, Rappelz and Gameguard are both hidden from the process list. Its something they designed to stopped hacking.
