Hi duplicate game icons?

Hi there I'm new and had a question regarding icons in the game box. Some like Diablo 3 and Guild Wars 2 always put a new extra icon in the box when I am done playing. Can someone tell me how to fix? I'm using the beta btw.

I have actually noticed it bugs with Diablo 3 and Guild Wars 2 and not the rest. Just wanna save you work. But what could it be? I'm kinda lost because if I delete the second shortcut and start the game, I end the game and it comes back.
