File Versions of ASC Ultimate?

 

IObit's website version of ASC Ultimate is (the 30 day free trial) is 6.0.6.265 but on majorgeeks.com's website they have a version (6.0.7.274) that supercedes IObit's version... how is that?

This is not the first time and it will not be the last time.

 

The mirror servers (MajorGeeks, NewNet, etc) of IObit softwares are most of the times the supplier of the downloadable setup files of most recent IObit software versions before the final is available on IObit web sites.

 

Many examples of the dates of releases can be seen going to News & Offers section of IObit Forum.

Thank you for the info. I think though that the issue is the fact that the Iobit site shows an earlier version than their partner site, when surely the partner site receive the download fro Iobit.

Is this simply not a case of Iobit keeping their site up to date. While we know it is not a major issue, I do think that it can cause concern for users, in particular new users or users who are upgrading.
