Question about ASC

I'm not 100% sure I should post this in this section or the ASC Pro section, but when I buy ASC Pro, can I just download and install it afterwards? I considered buying the Pro version and this is just a little thing I want to know.

Welcome. As with any software, you can download ASC, save the downloaded file and run it (install) whenever you wish. You can then enter the licence number you received from Iobit when you purchased it. This will then upgrade it to the Pro version.
