ASC 6 Toolbox/Startup Manager/ Delay Startup

I have ASC Pro 6. When I go to the Startup Manager to "delay" a program from starting, the program never starts.

 

How do I make this work? I have attached my Boottime folder zipped and a screen shot of Startup Manager set.

 

Please help.

Please kindly inform us the program’s full name and version you have delayed.

 

And follow the instructions below to find out the files we need.

 

1. Open My Computer on desktop

 

2. Input %appdata%\IObit\Advanced SystemCare V6\boottime at the address bar and then press Enter to open the Boottime folder.

 

3. Zip the files Boottime folder and send the zipped file to us.

Please note that you need to zip all the files in the path %appdata%\IObit\Advanced SystemCare V6\boottime so that we can check your issue clearly.

 

Here are the detailed instruction:

 

1) Open My Computer on the desktop.

there is only one file in that boottime folder. it is zipped and attached. I checked again, too and x3watch is still set up as "delayed" in Startup Manager.
