ASC 6 Pro Registry Fix breaking my Reference Manager

When I run the ASC Pro 6.0, it removes the registry information that labels my Reference Manager as a licensed copy, so it won't let me into my databases. I've been trying to figure out how to tell ASC to leave the registry for Reference Manager alone, but I can't figure out how to do it. I've been to the Ignore List in Settings, but my registry fix list is empty, and right clicking (suggested in other messages) does nothing. I am stuck, and don't want to run ASC until I can protect my Reference Manager.

Welcome. I am sorry you are experiencing a problem. Firstly, please check your Registry Fix settings, and ensure that Deep Clean is not selected. Deepclean is not necessary in normal operation. If it was enabled it may have caused the issue.

 

EDIT:Please see this thread forhelp with adding items to ignore list.
