Every time I start PC that's come up:

Runtime Error!

This application has request the Runtimer to terminate it in an unusual way.

This is a global error message that is used to describe a multitude of issues. In your particular case it would appear that there is a difficulty in executing one ofthe ASC functions.

I suggest that you do a clean uninstall and reinstall of ASC. Or else If you have the original ASC install exe file you could try running that and it may repair the problem.
