Thank you for your feedback.

 

The popup in your attachment is normal. You should get the popup when you change the boot items or some other actions that related to registries.

 

In this situation, you can just ignore the popup and it will disappear in 10 seconds. Or you can also click " Allow" to make the changes take effect.

It does this every time I start the program. Do I need to add ignore list?

Please tick the "Remember" checkbox and click Allow button.

 

At your next start of D7, you will not see the pop-up from IMF.
