False Positive on Verizon software and another program -KSDriver.dll.[SOLVED by db 1244]

I did a smart scan and ended up with these issues.

I know these files are safe because my virus protection and another Malware program have never picked up the problems.

 

All definitions on all programs are up to date.

 

I have attached the three files that are offensive to Malware Fighter.
