what is a immovable file

I notice in smartdefrag at the bottom of the window I see immovable files. Can someone tell me what that is?

Immovable files can be fx. pagefile, bitmap files, index file --

Hi HMP- they're also event logs,registry hives, and hibernation files-for a "free" way to help manage some of these(if you're not running Vista)take a look here-there are some other tricks to close up any gaps you may have discovered(the Win defrag GUI shows these well)incase you are interested-great day and God bless

But, 1.02 does not show the pagefile as immovable like 1.0 did. I hope that's in the plans for a future update.
