Outta The Blue My Ascu6 Shortcut Has Lost Its Icon.. Just A Dogeared Page Looking Thing Now. I Tried Reinstall But Still No Icon.....wth

To look into the issue, please find and zip all files under C:\windows\Minidump and send them to us. Also, please send us the related screenhot to show " Dogeared Page" that you mentioned.

Besides, did you download and re-install the latest ASC U 6.0.8 from http://www.majorgeeks.com/Advanced_SystemCare_Ultimate_d7927.html ?

These files are quite important for us to look into the issue.

 

By the way, have you tried to do a clean re-installation? If you have not, please try.

did a clean install... removed asc ult and also asc original... so far it hasn't reared its ugly head up again.
