Problem with renewal

It could be that I've just been very unlucky but this year my renewal came up, I paid and for some reason checked the date only to find my present license hadn't expired. The company agreed to extend my license to 2014 rather than refund but this week I've had another demand for renewal.

Might be worth checking if you have a renewal demand.
