Canvas does not allow drawing

Today I received the message 'Canvas does not allow drawing' several times after closing a document in Finale 2008 (music notation software; don't know if this has something to do with the message or not). Does anyone know what it means, and what action I can take so that it doesn't keep appearing?

Hi Florio-I'm having internet issues today,so I can't put up any links,but if you Google you'll see at least ten on the first page-type in "canvas does not allow drawing"-best I can do for now-sorry

Have you gone through the settings in the program?

What about your Internet settings the advanced tab?

And what about your security settings?

Is the program better than Sibelius?

This error may occur when you have many programs open or if they are using a large amount of resources.

Do you have many programs open? The Finale perhaps uses many resources?

Do you have many programs in your StartUp? Check with ASC 3.0

How much RAM do you have?
