1. I don't know but if it isn't, you could translate it.

2. Scan all the essential areas viz. malware, junks, errors of disk, privacy traces.

3. ASC doesn't have antivirus so you need one if you don't have else upgrade to ASCU.

For your second question, it is suggested to tick all the functions and do a complete scan when you install ASC at the first time. It can help you clean and optimize your PC deeply.
