MF Pro

 

saw the popup to upgrade and hit the button to install

 

during install, got the following error:

 

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file: datastate.dll

DeleteFile failed: code 5

Access is denied

 

I don't want to ignore this or proceed until all is okay

 

Any ideas? Never had this one before during any other upgrades

For the issue you mentioned, please take the steps as follows:

 

1) Please uninstall your current IObit Malware Fighter and reboot your PC.

 

2) Please download and install the latest IObit Malware Fighter from http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/iobit_malware_fighter.html to see whether the issue continues.
