This issue was first noticed in the Beta version of ASC 7.0 when Active X and Component is checked you end up with blank icon under Ready Boost when unchecked it is normal appearance. Why? OS 8.1 update 1, IE 11 I have included s pre-scan jpg and post-scan jpg. This issue is occurs in latest version ASC.

Hi tniver,

Thanks for your feedback.

To look into the issue, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV7.exe

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have sent the info my computer may times to Iobit with zero results. Did you lose them or misplace them? Again zero results sense the beta release again why??? I have three computers running ASC all three have same issue with the lose of ready boost icon when Active X an Component is checked under Registry Fix OS 8.1 update 1 , IE 11. My main question is should it be that way?

Hi tniver,

Sorry to hear that.

It should not cause the issue. We looked into the issue and solve it in the past. But we do not know why it comes out again. You might help us look into the issue in the past.

Could you please do us a favor again and send us the requested information to help us look into it?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
