In the ignore list i have a very long list of 'cookies to keep', i've tried to delete these all in one go, but they are still listed.

 

Yes, i had cookies ticked in privacy settings.

Hi ds123, please press Ctrl key from your keyboard and use your cursor to select multiple cookies from "cookies to keep", then please click the little "

 

Then please perform a scan with Privacy Sweep ticked and repair afterwards to see whether this problem can be solved.

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop�. So you will get zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can look into the issue further.
