Hi alexey bogdan,

Welcome to IObit forum.

My understanding is that you thought windows update has been turned off after using ASC. Please tell me if I have gotten the right meaning.

Looking forward to hearing from you.:-)

Hi alexey bogdan,

Yes, you can use vulnerability fix function in ASC to complete windows update.

Besides, normally, ASC will not cause this problem, could you provide more details so that we can further check?

Please take the following instructions:

Open ASC, click on the Rescue icon on the top right to go to the rescue center, click Rescue Registry, select one backup date and then click Undo Changes button to restore those changes, and then reboot your computer, then please open windows automatic updates from the control panel manually to see whether the issue continues.

If the issue continues, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV7.exe

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop and please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
