Please reinstall ASC v8 beta 3.0 from http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/advanced_systemcare_8.html to see whether the issue continues.

 

If it does, please send us the related screenshots for us to look into.

Besides, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV8.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can look into the issue further.

Hi Ilonasn, I was just curious onto this. Were you able to do the reinstall yet? I was also wondering if you already got the screen shot if you ever have the chance.
