BSOD after driver update

I purchased a refurb Thiinkpad t410 and used Driver Booster to update the drivers. Today it prompted me to update one driver, Intel 5 Series 6 Port Sata AHCI Controller, which I did. However everytime Windows started up it would BSOD. I have to use a System Rescue Disk to use System Restore.

 

Anyway I guess it wouldn't be a good idea to do it again...here's the DBooster log:

Sorry to see this for you Van, but you might want to check the thread below. The OS is for Vista but I believe it's still the same in theory.

Thanks for reporting this problem. Please re-run Driver Booster, right click the driver Intel 5 Series 6 Port Sata AHCI Controller after scanning and choose Ignore. We will keep an eye on this driver update. If more users report the same problem, we will remove it from our database.
