I was prompted to update to AWC3 which I did, it uninstalled the Beta 3.3

& downloaded the new one on trying to install it this message keeps coming up! :- C:program\IObit\Avanced Systemcare 3\Language\Czech.ing

An error occured while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:

Move file failed: code 32.

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Before this I had no prob's Now it won't let me install any version?

HELP!

Hi Daiversion

I think you had something running in the background, when trying to update!

Take a look at this post:

I tried what you suggested & it loaded 3/4s of the way before going back to the original error code!

I'll just have to go on without it I suppose, thanks for trying tho'

Hi Daiversion

Did you close (deactivate) automatic functions, - perhaps you had the RAM utility running in the background.

And you say that you did an absolutely clean install? Uninstalling and deleting the folder? Cleaning the registry?

Take a look in the same string, - I have added a couple of lines.

Cheers
