Asking for technical support. vcl120.bpl is missing. I cannot run ASC. Please help..

Thank you for reading this.

 

ASC will not run on my computer due to this issue. Whenever I try to run it this message appears:

 

"The program can't start because vcl120.bpl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

 

I haven't tried reinstalling, because I believe I have the Pro version and wouldn't want to lose that money.

 

Any feed back would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum.

Did you look in your Recycle Bin to see if the deleted vcl120.bpl file is there. If it is then simply restore it. If not........

You also have smart Defrag according to your Profile. Go to..... C:\Program Files\Iobit\Smart Defrag ........and copy the vcl120.bpl file to C:\Program Files\Iobit\Advanced Systemcare 8

Correct me if I'm wrong but you can always re install it and use the same license keys?
