Advanced System Care Free 8 freezes my computer on launch of program

When I try to launch Advanced System Care Free 8 on my computer my entire system freezes and I am forced to use the reset button to reboot my computer. It is a complete system lock up and Ctrl+Alt+Del does not work to reboot my computer. Even after a reboot the program still causes my desktop to lock up.

System Specs:

Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro

RAM: 32 Gbs

Video Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 750

Hard Drives:

Primary: 1 Tbs SSD

Secondary: 4 Tbs SATA

Anti-Virus: Avast Free Anti-Virus 2015

Please do a complete uninstall of ASAC8 using Iobit Uninstaller, be sure to run the Powerful Scan to remove leftovers.

Then reinstall ASC8 from the link in This post.

Could it also be possible that Avast or some other software posed a conflict in this scenario?
