LICENSE wont register

HI, I had to reinstall windows after my pc crashed. I bought the latest version of AWC Pro and tried to download it. All I am getting is the FREE version. The keys provided, Ive just been sent a new one via my email will not work. How do I get the keys to install so I can get the PRO version back on my pc please?

Hi SLOBBA-Are you able to copy and paste that?-the problem is with O's and zero's-if you're entering manually with cap locks on,take them off before entering a zero

Hi SLOBBA,

I noticed that you said you had AWC and you said you upgraded to the newest version (which is ASC). One thing I ran into on mine is that the USER NAME (not the license number) was the problem. The user name in AWC was my name. The user name in ASC was my EMAIL address (don't know why they changed that). You might check that. Once I figured that out I had no problems.
