Hi workington

Welcome to the forum.

You should always read the Product Manuals for any software before you use it. In this case you should check the settings for Privacy sweep, Junk Files Clean and Autocare. At present they are set to clear your passwords.

Scannan thanks for your reply. In Privacy Sweep there is NO tick in Auto Fill Password,in Junk File Clean I can't work out what should be ticked, and Autocare every thing is ticked in there. So I am not sure what setting I should have so my passwords are remembered.Thank You.workington

Autofill Passwords applies to IE browser...if you are using a different browser such as Firefox and Chrome check that the Saved Password box is not selected.

There is really nothing else in ASC that would delete your passwords.

You should consider updating to the latest version of ASC 8 to see if the issue still exists ( be sure to check your settings before running it). Here is the link for the latest version.
