ASC Pro 8.3 crashes whilst creating Rollback file.

Hi folks, new member here with 1st time post.

Being Sunday I do my usual full scan using ASC Pro. However 4 times now ASC has stopped working whilst trying to create a Rollback file. Can anyone advice what the issue might be that is causing this crash - should i just re-install ASC

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop, please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Hi additonally, are the crash logs available for analysis as well? That might also provide useful information.
