HELP | ASC 8.4 Deleted Cortana, Start Menu and Moderns Apps in Windows 10

ASC deleted cortana, start menu and modern apps, without any notifications or warnings. Now, I can't use start menu, and other things on my Windows.

Please help me.

Ok, I deleted Usrclass.dat, and know my menu is always in tablet mode. But my tablet mode is turned off. What do I do?
