How do I get my lost ASCU context menu entries back?

A few weeks back I installed a new program that butchered my context menus. The Advanced System Care Ultimate entries were among the casualties. I want the scan entry back, and I badly need the shortcut entry back.

 

I have seen the context menu area but found it no help here. I tried unchecking everything and then rechecking everything or rechecking only the items I wanted, and hitting Apply, but it was to no avail.

 

Updating has not brought the context menu entries back. I tried something on the registry that didn't work.

 

By the way, if anybody knows of a means of defense against new programs or updates butchering the context menu, please let me know.
