ASC9 Surface Protection prevents IE & Chrome from opening

To my regret, I allowed ASC to update to version 9. I have Windows 10. Did anyone know that with Windows 10, the surfing protection feature of this new version stops you from opening Internet Explorer and Google Chrome? Well, it does. I had to use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the surfer protection feature. To be sure I would have an additional problem, I uninstalled the malware fighter as well. It conflicts with my present anti-malware program, Malwarebytes.
