system care 9 not recognizing a hard drive

rcarlson67

Recommended Posts

I have 4 hard drives C: SSD, E, F, and G. After installing system care 9 the "G" drive is not recognized by windows 10. I also have 3 external usb hard drives H, I, and J which are recognized. If I uninstall system care, windows 10 sees the "G" drive. When I reinstall system care, it goes away again. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Sorry for the trouble you encountered.

What operation did you do with ASC 9 before the toruble came up? Please send us the screenshot of the trouble so that we can see it clearly.

Guide for taking screenshot: http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/

Moreover, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. Then you will get zipped file IObit_Debug_Info on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Thanks in advance.
