Advance system care Ultimate V9 Bug/Problem

  I am currently testing the Advance System Care Ultimate V9. I have found it very good so far.
  I have encountered only one problem so far. I have tested Advance system care Ultimate V9 with eicar test file.
  The eicar test file was able to be downloaded with out Advance system care Ultimate V9 stopping it what so ever only when i do a full scan of my computer that it find it and detect it as a fake virus. I am wondering if any other malicious program will be able to be bypassed my Advance system care Ultimate V9.
   
  Here is a screenshot of Virus Total with the ecair test file that i have downloaded.
   
  Please fix your scan for programs being downloaded Via internet (chrome, Opera, Edge, IE ect... )

To look into the issue, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send that file to us so that our specialists can further look into the issue.
