You devs did a good job tweaking this build. Pop-out menus open at a much better speed. The cleaner is not breaking Windows Live Mail 2009 data base causing me to re-download my folders from my Hotmail account. Whether it was privacy or registry cleaning, Internet Explorer 11 is now saving it's history after being closed. That was not happening with 8.4 or 9.0. Kudos!

1. Could you please describe the issue "causing me to re-download my folders from my Hotmail account." more clearly?

 

2. Regarding the IE history, please open ASC, click Options icon at the top left corner, click Settings, click Privacy Sweep, untick History under Internet Explorer, and click Apply button. Also tick Sync the same settings from Privacy Sweep.

 

3. Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send that file to us so that our specialists can further look into the issue.
