Sorry for the problem you encountered. Are you running the Pro version of the program? If so, you need to tick the option "Sync the same settings in Privacy Sweep" in AutoClean and Browser Anti-Tracking to sync the settings you choose in Privacy Sweep. And then run a scan to see if it solves the problem.

 

If you are running the Free version of the program, please send us the screenshot of your settings in Privacy Sweep and let us know what cookies were cleared. If possible, please send us the screenshot of the trouble so that we can see it clearly.
