Recovery boot flash drive creation in ASC Ultimate?

So far I'm very happy with ASC Ultimate 9 but I'm notice there is a no way to create a boot flash drive. I'm having problems creating one in Windows 10. I upgraded from Windows 7 to the free promo for 10. It just keeps displaying "error creating recovery drive". I was hoping there was something that advanced system care offers or some other 3rd party alternative out there.

Sorry to tell you that ASC Ultimate does not has the function of creating a boot flash drive.
