playon not working

I recently download advanced systemcare ultimate and now I cant get playon to work.Playon is telling me to make sure that systemcare is configured to allow playon access.Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

1.Please tell us what actions you took and which module of Advanced SystemCare Ultimate you ran, then the trouble came out.

 

2.Please take a screenshot of the message "Playon is telling me to make sure that systemcare is configured to allow playon access" and send the screenshot to us.

3.Please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe, then double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click "OK" button to open that saved folder. Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.
