turbo boost not working

I chose game mode and it said it had stopped 11 services, but when i checked the services were all still running, even after a restart.

Sorry for it. Please follow the steps below to help us further look into it.

 

1.Choose Game Mode again and click the button Boost.

 

2.Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe. Then double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click "OK" button to open that saved folder. Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

After analysis, we do find these services Bluetooth Support Service, Diagnostic Policy Service, Human Interface Device Service were not closed by Turbo Boost.

 

Please try to close these services above manually using the system tool Services to check whether they can be closed successfully or not.

Should it disable the service completely or just stop it, because i think they did stop.

Why do some manual services start when they are not being used?

Hi ds123,

 

For the first question, Turbo Boost will not disable the service completely, but just stop it.

 

For the second question, if the service is not disabled, it will be started by system when some operations need to use it.
