Please Help, games are down to 20 fps

here are the games I've been playing lately, which have been running smoothly at 60fps with no issues

Doom 2016, Dota2, Rocket League, and WoW - Legion( This one actually says 80-90 fps even though my monitor can only do 60)

so yesterday I updated roughly 6-8 drivers with DriverBooster 4, I can't seem to remember which ones

after my computer restarts, all the games I'm playing are now dropping to 20-30 frames

first thing I try: updating AMD drivers

then: uninstalling AMD drivers entirely, then reinstalling fresh

then I try the rollback to last backup with Driverbooster4, but the computer won't start past the login screen because once I try to login it gives the blue screen of error

so then I roll back to the current system, windows 10 works fine now, but lag is still there

so I'm thinking, could it just be one single driver I need to roll back? if so, how do I tell which one it is? i can't seem to find a log of WHICH specific drivers were updated yesterday with driverbooster

could it even be the issue?
