Hi ds123,

 

I suppose you referred to Hardware Acceleration under Speed Up tab instead of Startup Optimization feature.

 

Could you describe the issue more clearly so that we can look into it? If possible, screenshot of the trouble or any error message you got will be much appreciated.

Could you please help us look into this issue with the following steps?

 

Please download http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe >> double click to run this tool on the problem PC >> click 'Save report to Desktop' >>find db_info_xxxx.zip on your desktop >> send us the zip file.

 

We will analyze the file and look into your feedback.

Hi ds123,

 

Our engineer analyzed the file and found Driver Booster was uninstalled. So we cannot locate the cause of the issue.

 

Please download the latest Driver Booster from http://www.iobit.com/en/driver-booster.php and install it to see if there is any problem.

 

If the problem still remains, please send us the screenshots of the issue and also a new zip file for our investigation.

1. Send us the screenshots of the message on ASC and the scan result of DB like you did before.

2. Please download http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe >> double click to run this tool on the problem PC >> click 'Save report to Desktop' >>find db_info_xxxx.zip on your desktop >> send us the zip file.
